Many people are likely to consider translation company as an organization that makes profit margin. They ignore the value of business translation company. Actually, as a translation company, it is crucial for us to help clients select the right certified translator or interpreter for the task.
Some people only see translation companies as overcharging by a few hundred bucks compared to direct translation and think they are shady intermediaries. This is a big mistake! Think about it, if you don’t cooperated with a translation company, how would you handle the following situations?

5.For interpreters or translators, we can serve as their backer. If the client doesn’t pay, or they encounter other problems, who will do the communication work?
Yesterday, a client wanted to go to a KTV to sing, but our interpreter didn’t want to go. How would you refuse if you were directly dealing with the client? I simply said in the WeChat group, “We are not available to accompany entertainment activities.” Similarly, for a Hong Kong exhibition client who requested an 8:30 AM arrival, I also refused in the group.
We are the umbrella for interpreters and translators. We don’t prohibit direct clients; I also take direct clients at a relatively higher price of three to four hundred. But I am experienced. I’ve been the veteran in this industry for ten years. Now I’ve stepped back, but I also started my career by taking orders from translation companies.
6.Without speaking ill of others, I am definitely meticulous with every order. For the last-minute assignments like the Hong Kong exhibition, I can also find certified interpreters for my clients. I deeply know that some clients will make some sudden choices. As a result, the interpreters can only attend the meeting without much preparation. So I always search online for bilingual resources to help my interpreters. In this market, I strive to be as attentive as possible and I believe it sets me apart from others.

So, don't quickly label me as a translation middleman. My loyal clients don't switch to direct hiring; they just say, "Assuna, I trust you." This shows my reliability. Don’t think about freelancing without strong ability. When your ability is strong enough, your loyal clients will naturally fill your schedule, just like mine now. I had ten years of experience.
So let’s all work hard. Building a reputation takes time, and don’t always think that translation companies make a big profit margin. It’s just a service fee, but it’s worth every penny.
1. Japanese Consecutive Interpretation Project for Dream List
Dream List is an educational platform that provides high-quality services to young Chinese people worldwide. It’s a global nonprofit organization that supports mutual growth among young Chinese.
This project was completed by Ms. Nie Hongjing, a Japanese interpreter from our studio. Ms. Nie graduated from a prestigious university in China. She has abundant interpretation experience and has taken part in many interpretation tasks.
She has been to Japan for many times. As for her responsibilities, she was in charge of business visits, maintaining governmental relationships, and marketing. And she has taught Japanese for a long time.
2. A & G Expo Interpretation Project
This exhibition covers an area of 30,000 square meters and attracts over 500 exhibitors. It’s expected to have nearly 33,000 professional visitors.
A&G Zhengzhou is a specialized exhibition which shows products that are divided into four sections. Its products can show the current new products, technologies, concepts, and models.
Our studio was in charge of the interpretation of this exhibition. We dispatched professional interpreters to fulfill it.
